Players from around the world compete to name the correct artist and song title before their opponents do. The game supports both classic async matches and real-time head-to-head rounds, so you can choose a pace that fits how you like to play.
In each round, a short clip plays and you have to identify either the artist or the title from a set of choices. The faster you answer correctly, the better your score and the more XP you earn. Async mode lets you take your turn when you have time, while real-time games demand quick reactions and a well-trained ear. This balance makes SongPop suitable for casual listening sessions and competitive streaks.
The catalog includes familiar tracks from artists such as Billie Eilish, Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, Cardi B, and Queen. You can build custom playlists around genres, eras, or personal favorites, then send a challenge to a friend to see who knows the songs better. Private games with family members are also available, which works well for parties or quiet evenings at home.
